Phaith Frazier

Phaith Frazier, Marketer, Philanthropist, Visionary, and AllAround Game-Changer Phaith is a proud product of Pell City, Alabama, and a marketing professional with extensive experience across professional sports, media, entertainment, and business.

She is the owner of Eventful Media Group, Inc., founder of the nonprofit Change Before the Game, Inc., and host of the Pell City Podcast. Phaith is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Her professional background includes serving as Manager of Marketing and Graphics for the Birmingham Squadron (NBA G-League affiliate of the New Orleans Pelicans) and Promotions and Marketing Director for a multistation radio cluster in Huntsville representing Country, Urban AC, News/Talk, Sports, and Contemporary Hit Radio formats. Her expertise in branding, communications, and audience engagement made her a trusted contributor to organizational growth and visibility.

Deeply rooted in Alabama, Phaith brings a strong commitment to community development and youth empowerment. A former state basketball champion at Pell City High School and Final Four competitor at the University of Montevallo, she founded Change Before the Game, Inc. to use sports as a gateway to education, mentorship, and life skills.

Through Eventful Media Group, Inc., she supports organizations through strategic marketing, content development, public relations, and event strategy. Her global perspective is informed by teaching English abroad in South Korea and touring nationally with a professional theater company. Phaith values collaboration, service, and long-term impact, and is dedicated to strengthening organizations through thoughtful leadership and community-centered initiatives.
